  I visited this church by invitation of a church member there who attended the Kenneth Copeland Ministries Washington DC Victory Campaign. He served alongside my family and myself. This church is focusing on living according to what The Word of God says. I recommend that you see for yourself and "taste and see that The LORD is good".

  I was visiting a few churches quite a few years ago. Capital Church was one of them. I continued my search. I decided to give Capital Church another try and felt this was where I was supposed to be. It has been 4 years now since I started attending this wonderful church. I like it that it isn't so huge that no one knows my name. The pastoral staff knows who I am and I have made some very good friends. I have grown spiritually in a tremendous way since I started attending this church. I get involved in a variety of activities, outreaches and social events. I am going on my 4th year of missions trips to Haiti, 3 years of organizing Operation Christmas Child packing parties, and help with FACETS Hypothermia Week and packing backpacks for children in need. I help with the preparation for the Easter Sunrise Service at the Lincoln Memorial as well as attend the Sunrise Service on Easter. I love what God has called me to do and what He has done for me through this church. I enjoy giving back to the community. This is definitely a church worth checking out!!
